Installing on Mac: open the downloaded .dmg, then drag lili AI Router into your Applications folder. The iPhone and iPad app comes from the App Store.

What you need

To use…	You need
A cloud provider	An API key from that provider — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, Groq and the rest each issue their own. Several have free tiers.
A model on your device	Nothing but free storage and memory. Pick a GGUF file from Hugging Face inside the app; the fit tool tells you what will run.
Apple Intelligence	A device where Apple Intelligence is available and enabled. No key, no download.
A server on your network	Ollama, LM Studio or llama.cpp running on the same Wi-Fi. No key required.
Claude Code against your Mac	The Mac app, its server started in Settings → Server, and the access key it gives you.
